Jennifer Pantaleo came to us as a student of South University's Physician Assistant program where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with one of the highest GPA's in her class. Jennifer has been practicing medicine with us since May 2014 and is a wonderful addition to our family. Jennifer's intellect is accented by her high emotional intelligence and genuine care for each patient.
As a Tampa native, Jennifer loves living and working in the Bay area and is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida. Jennifer has a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and a Minor in Public Health. In addition to her "book knowledge," Jennifer logged 40 weeks of clinical experience in various focuses before coming to practice with our office.
Jennifer is passionate about patient education and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. As a Clinical Preceptor, Jennifer has trained multiple students from various universities. Jennifer is knowledgeable in the latest medical treatments and procedures and she passes this knowledge to each of her students. Recently, Jennifer has acquired PRP therapy and Botox injections as additions to her skill set.

Yana Maly joins our practice as a loving, professional, Nurse Practitioner and is a proud graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing. She holds a Masters of Science in Nursing, and a FNP-C: Family Nurse Practitioner degree (Certified by AANP).
She is originally from New Jersey, and made the move to Florida 3 years ago where she started her family. She loves to spend her free time bonding with a beautiful 16 month old daughter.! She loves being a mom and is very family oriented. She enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew as well. Yana enjoys boxing, swimming and spending time at the beach. Her caring spirit allows her to authentically connect with each of her patients and thus provide them with quality healthcare; she is passionate about encouraging her patients to pursue healthy lifestyles both physically and emotionally.
Yana was a student with us for over a year and always strives to do her best with the patients. The patients enjoyed her so much and we are glad she decided to come on board with Lifetime Family. She has worked as a Pediatric RN in an Urgent Care and in the hospital for 6 years. Furthermore, she was a travel NP. She also is performing Chronic Migraine Treatment with Botox.

Heather comes to us with 22 years of experience as a registered nurse and medical provider. She has extensive experience in urgent care and wound care. Graduating from Florida Southern College with a 4.0 GPA, she brings a high level of academic achievement. Her experience as a wound care provider adds unique approach to challenging infections and rashes. She is also a certified Basic Life Support Instructor and enjoys training the community in life-saving skills.
She was born in Virginia, moved to South Carolina, and eventually ended up in Florida five years ago. She enjoys spending time with her children and enjoying the beautiful landscape and outdoor opportunities available in Florida. She enjoys biking, boating, and cooking in her spare time. Her passion is serving on medical mission teams that provide medical care to underserved populations in Central and South America.
